Mike joined The William B. Hare Company, now AD Commercial Real Estate, in 1985 as a corporate real estate associate, rising from associate to Vice President to Principal, Owner, and Broker. In the last ten years alone, he has closed over $400 million in commercial sales and lease transactions while working on important economic development projects in the process. He understands Georgia’s economy from the ground up, the land, the development, the businesses, and the families that depend on all of it thriving.

But Mike has never been content to just to help build businesses. When kids in his community could not read, he did not wait for a government program. He went out and secured the corporate sponsorships to fund literacy programs as fundraising chairman of Roswell East Rotary’s Race for Literacy. When Georgia needed stronger protections for victims of domestic minor sex trafficking, Mike joined the Steering Committee that got the Safe Harbor Amendment across the finish line in 2016, providing dedicated funding and resources for victim rehabilitation right here in Georgia. That is not just talk. That is what conservative leadership actually looks like.

As Chairman of both the Ashford Dunwoody YMCA and the Fulton County Republican Party, Mike has spent decades fighting for the values North Fulton was built on: strong families, thriving small businesses, low taxes and a government that works for the people, not the other way around. He and his wife Camille have co-chaired the National Kidney Foundation of Georgia Gala and given generously of their time to causes across the community, because for Mike, public service has never been a talking point. It has always been a way of life.

Georgia is growing fast. Property values are rising, development is booming, and the decisions made under the Gold Dome over the next few years will shape North Fulton for a generation. Mike Dvorscak has spent his entire career navigating exactly these kinds of decisions, and he is going to make sure North Fulton families have a seat at the table, a voice in the room, and a fighter on their side.

As Mike puts it, “I’m not your typical candidate for public office because I’m not going to be just another politician. It’s time for Georgia to get back to basics and focus on the things that make us stronger.”

Mike and his wife Camille are members of Perimeter Church in Johns Creek, where Mike is active in the worship and arts ministry and a deacon. He is a proud Georgia Tech alum and member of the Letterwinners Club.
